Who we are
FundSorted is a trading name of AQNTech, providing a fully managed payments, Gift Aid and donor-communication platform to UK charities and mosques. For the purposes of UK GDPR, AQNTech is the Data Controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@fundsorted.com.
What we collect
We only collect what’s needed to respond to you and run this website:
- Enquiry form (/start): your name, phone number, organisation name, estimated yearly income, and any context you give us about your plans.
- Contact form: whatever details you choose to give us to get in touch.
- Technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated automatically when you browse the site.
We do not collect payment details on this website — fundsorted.com doesn’t process any donations itself.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and put together pricing suited to your organisation — lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients, and to take steps towards a contract at your request.
- To keep in touch about FundSorted if you’ve asked us to, or if you become a client — lawful basis: consent, or performance of a contract.
- To operate and secure this website — lawful basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site running and safe from abuse.
We never sell your data, and we never use enquiry data for anything other than responding to you and, if you go on to become a client, delivering the FundSorted service.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and respond to enquiries — our hosting provider, and our email delivery provider. We don’t share your enquiry data with anyone else. A full list of the sub-processors we use to deliver the FundSorted product to charity clients is published separately on our Sub-processors page — note that payments and WhatsApp messaging run through each charity’s own directly-connected Stripe and WhatsApp accounts, not through us, so those aren’t sub-processors of ours.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that’s the case, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place — such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses — before any data is transferred.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and contact form data is kept for as long as it’s useful to follow up with you, and deleted if we haven’t heard back within 24 months of your last contact with us. If you become a client, your organisation’s contact details are kept for the life of the contract and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to make it work — there is no advertising or cross-site tracking. We don’t currently use analytics cookies that require consent under UK PECR rules. If that changes, we’ll add a cookie banner and ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it (right of access);
- ask us to correct inaccurate data (right to rectification);
- ask us to delete your data, where there’s no legal reason for us to keep it (right to erasure);
- object to how we’re using your data, or ask us to restrict that use;
- ask for your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis we’re relying on.
To exercise any of these, email hello@fundsorted.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you think we’ve mishandled your data.

We’ll update this page if how we handle data changes, and update the date at the top when we do.
